About

My name is Algirdas Strelčiūnas, and I’m a professional long jumper, coach, and kinesiology student with a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential in the horizontal jumps. Originally from Lithuania, I’ve competed internationally and currently train and study in the United States, where I compete at the NCAA Division I level. With a personal best of 7.74 meters, I understand firsthand what it takes to perform at an elite level—both physically and mentally. I’ve worked with experienced coaches across Europe and the U.S., gaining knowledge not only in long jump technique but also in strength development, injury prevention, and programming. Through my education in exercise science, I’ve developed a training philosophy that blends science-based methods with real-world experience. I’ve also coached athletes back home, worked as a gym instructor, and completed internships that exposed me to high-level track and field coaching, recruitment, and athlete development. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced jumper, my goal is to provide structured, effective, and individualized programs that build strength, speed, technique, and confidence—one jump at a time.
